This notice describes what Trade Titan LLC ("Trade Titan", "we") collects when you use the tradetitan.com website and the Terminal application, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to operate the product — never order contents, position sizes, balances, or API keys — and payments are processed by Stripe, so card data never touches our systems.
Information you provide
Your email address is your account — signing in with a six-digit emailed code creates and accesses it. Your full name, provided at checkout or on your account page, appears on invoices and receipts. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor: card numbers never reach our systems, and we receive only the card brand, its last four digits, its expiration date, and the billing country and postal code, which we also use to determine applicable tax. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store that email address for sending it.
Information collected automatically
The website measures itself with our own first-party analytics: pages and sections viewed, interactions such as starting a trial or opening a question, and time spent with the page visible. These events carry a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, and city), your network provider, and your browser's user agent. Signing in or subscribing to the newsletter associates your email address with that visitor identifier so we can understand our customers. For security, failed sign-in code attempts are recorded with the email address, the attempted code, and the request metadata above. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
The Terminal application
Terminal collects anonymous usage and health statistics — which features are used and how the application is performing — to improve the product. It never collects order contents, position sizes, balances, or exchange API keys. Your exchange API keys are stored encrypted on your own machine and are never transmitted to us.
Service providers
We operate on established infrastructure, and each provider receives only what its job requires: Auth0 operates sign-in and issues the emailed codes; Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, and tax; Postmark delivers our transactional email; ActiveCampaign stores and sends the newsletter; Mixpanel processes our analytics events; and Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers its content, and screens forms for abuse with its Turnstile service.
How we use information
To provide and operate the service, bill subscriptions, respond to support, protect against fraud and abuse, understand and improve the product, and send the communications you request. We do not sell personal information, and there is no third-party advertising on our sites — no advertising cookies, no trackers.
Cookies and local storage
One cookie: your sign-in session, valid for seven days, readable only by our servers. One local storage entry: the random visitor identifier used by analytics. That is the complete list.
Retention and your choices
Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as bookkeeping requires; analytics are kept on a rolling basis; the newsletter list keeps your address until you unsubscribe, which every issue lets you do in one click. To access, correct, or delete your information — including closing your account — contact support@tradetitan.com and we will take care of it.
Children and changes

These terms are an agreement between you and Trade Titan LLC ("Trade Titan", "we"). By using the tradetitan.com website or the Terminal application, you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use our sites or software.
The service
Terminal is desktop software for trading digital assets through your own exchange accounts, connected with API keys that you provide and control. Terminal is non-custodial: we never hold your funds, take possession of your assets, or hold your keys on our systems. Trade Titan is not an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter, or an investment advisor, and nothing in the product is financial advice.
Your account
Your account is your email address, accessed with emailed sign-in codes. You are responsible for maintaining control of that email address and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
Subscriptions, trial, and billing
Plans and prices are published on the pricing page and billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. The free trial runs seven days, requires a payment card, and is available once per customer; when the trial ends, the subscription you selected starts automatically and your card is charged, unless you cancel before then. Canceling stops future charges — your access continues through the period you already paid for and simply does not renew. Subscription periods are billed for the full term selected and are non-refundable. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at billing. Prices may change prospectively with notice; locked founding rates are honored under the terms of that program.
License
Your subscription grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Terminal for your own trading. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or provide the software to others as a service; you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it; and you may not circumvent licensing.
Acceptable use
Use our sites and software only lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, probe or abuse our services or forms, or misrepresent yourself to us.
Trading risks and third parties
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your exchange accounts, and compliance with the exchanges' own terms. The exchanges and other services you connect are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their availability, their data, or their actions. The Risk Disclaimer above is part of these terms.
Availability, termination, and changes
The service is provided as is and as available; we work to keep it dependable but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and features evolve. You may cancel at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; on termination the license ends, and fees already paid are not refunded. When these terms change, the updated version is posted here with a new date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied; Trade Titan and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses and lost profits; and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding it. You agree to hold Trade Titan and its officers harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Dane County, Wisconsin. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent required and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Questions belong at support@tradetitan.com.
